Seaweed & Sesame scoops a Great Taste Award!


We’re delighted that our Seaweed & Sesame chickpea crispbreads have been awarded a Great Taste Gold Star 2020!

Here’s what the Judges said: “Attractive looking crispbreads with a lovely light bake. Good level of seeds and seaweed pieces which were well distributed.”

And: “We liked the short, light and crisp texture and all the flavours came through in equal measures. Well balanced and moreish.”

There’s more: “Good toasted seed appearance with attractive green flecks. The seaweed is very clear and gives a wonderful umami flavour to these. We would be as happy with this as a snack with a glass of wine as we would if it were served alongside cheese. Chickpea flour gives an appealing if a bit crumbly texture.”
