Our Tagine - Moorish!

Moroccan Tagine can help with this.
A staple dish of North Africa, named after the traditional cooking vessel, our tagine is a hotpot of slow-cooked chickpeas, Mediterranean vegetables, apricots (a key ingredient) and aromatic spices. Moorish!
And, drum roll, at 211 calories a pot is is slimming and yet very filling to eat.
Couscous and rice will make it into a very satisfying evening meal. Sala is a no-brainer addition.
