Whether you are planning a firework display or a good old traditional bonfire, one thing is certain – you shouldn’t be standing by the stove while everyone else is having fun outside.

We recommend our Moroccan Tangine as a tasty dish for tonight. It’s a staple dish of North Africa and called after the vessel in which it is traditionally cooked. The Easy Bean Tagine is a hotpot of slow-cooked chickpeas, Mediterranean vegetables (aubergine, courgette, butternut squash), apricots and aromatic spices – it’s all very Moorish!

It’s also suitable for vegetarians and is high fibre / low fat and salt, gluten and diary-free and each pot contains three of your five a day!
