Whats on

We started the year by attending the B-Fit Expo at Excel where we met lots of fitness enthusiasts. The favourite meal pot at the show was our African Palava, as high protein was a consideration in addition to all the other healthy nutrition characteristics. We are now looking forward to our next show – The Vitality Show at Earls Court, which was a great success last year.
